In the trailer for Kourtney And Kim Take New York, the voice over says:

The clip shows Kris partying and a frustrated teary eyed Kim confront her husband saying, “Your wife had to find out you’re in another country on Twitter?!?”
The cameras caught it all on tape and it will be aired on the show.
Always in promo mode, Kris Jenner talked about it all on Jay Leno saying:
“We decided a long time ago when we first started doing these shows that we were going to be really just raw and not edit ourselves, and we don’t take stuff out, as you see all the time, so I think everybody will get a really fascinating glimpse into the kids’ journey in New York City,” she told the late night host.
