Baby KimYe is officially here and Kim Kardashian couldn’t be more excited!
Close friend of the Kardashian Klan, Ryan Seacrest, reached out to Kim and Kanye West to congratulate them on the arrival of their baby girl.
Kim replied, “Can’t believe it. So crazy!” via email.
Ryan shared Kimmy’s first comments since the birth of her little princess on his KIIS-FM radio show this morning.
“She’s very, very excited,” he said.
Though Ryan spoke to the new mama, he couldn’t share many details … like a name!
Though baby KimYe was born five weeks ahead of schedule and weighed in at “just under five pounds,” she and her reality TV star mama are in good health.
“The baby is healthy and Kim is doing well…There’s a great sense of relief. Everyone is very happy for her and Kim is relieved because this was a very stressful time,” a source tells E!
Despite rumors that he didn’t want to be in the delivery room, Kanye was right by his girl’s side through everything. Unfortunately not everyone was able to make it to the hospital in time.
“This was not planned. This came on very quickly,” the source says. “The whole family was dispersed all over the place!”
Kim’s close friend Larsa Pippen, who traveled to L.A. to be with Kimmy K before she gave birth, told E! News that the new mom is “feeling really good and excited.”
Another source close to the new mom revealed that baby KimYe weighed in “just under five pounds.”
Congrats to the happy couple.
