Kim Kardashian spent the day with her sister Kourtney and the kids in Miami, while her man Kanye West was overseas for Fashion Week.

Kim was on full auntie duty, as she and Kourt took Mason, Penelope and their friend Larsa Pippen's daughter Sophie to the Miami Children's Museum, while the Kourtney and Kim Take Miami cameras followed along to capture all the fun and hijinks.

After a day at the museum, it was time for Kim to shed some pounds!

Kim tweeted:

"How is it that @KourtneyKardash & I have the same amount of weight to lose but she just had a baby! SMH help! LOL"

With weight to drop, Kimmy, Kourt and Larsa were hard at work, stretching and jogging along the beach. Kim claims she's already dropped 6 pounds.

“Since I started QuickTrim again a few weeks ago, I’m down 6 pounds!!! Yay best feeling. I was getting discouraged but now I’m so motivated!”
