Lindsay Lohan may have finally done it this time.
The 26-year-old was given the opportunity to avoid jail time by accepting a plea deal – if she agreed to a short stint in rehab, she would avoid certain jail time.

Sounds great, right? According to TMZ, apparently not to Lindsay; she fired her lawyer, Shawn Holley, as she was on her way to work it out with the prosecutor and judge.
Lohan was set to stand trial for allegedly lying to police following her car crash in June. She was also facing jail time for a violation of her probation and a jewelry theft case she was involved in. Sources claim the judge was willing to dismiss all of this if the starlet took the deal and checked herself into rehab for six months. C’mon, girl!

TMZ also reported that Lindsay fired her lawyer and replaced her with a New York lawyer who was suspended from practicing law for five years in the ’90s. Sources now claim, Lindsay wants Shawn back on her bench, but they aren’t sure the lawyer is ready to take on more of Lindsay’s shenanigans.
The hearing is scheduled for 8:30 AM Pacific Time today; Shawn will likely be present because she is still counsel of record, but does not have to stay with Lindsay’s case.
