Rihanna was honored last night at the TIME 100 Gala celebrating its ‘100 Most Influential People In The World’ at Frederick P. Rose Hall, Home of Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City.

RiRi not only snagged such an honor, she also got a big surprise from her mother at the event and boy, oh boy did the fun keep rollin’.

The “Where Have You Been” singer tweeted:
“Well… Tonight consisted of us singing Bob Marley, drinkin Vintage Scotch, and my mom thinking a joke about (Ashton) Kutcher was appropriate! #Thxtime100”
Sounds like Rihanna’s lovely mother knows a little bit of sumthin’ sumthin’ about her daughter’s exploits with the hunky actor. One day we will find out what really happened between Rihanna and Ashton Kutcher when she showed up at his house after midnight a few weeks ago.
