The Kardashian sisters have it all. Reality shows, great wardrobes, a multitude of clothing collaborations, but one thing they can’t seem to have without interjection is the name “Khroma” for their soon-to-be-launched makeup line.

The line was first slapped with a lawsuit back in October, when Los Angeles-based beauty company Chroma Beauty threatened the reality television family with a lawsuit if they didn’t change their name.

Now the sisters are getting hit with their second whammy by a Florida-based brand owned by Lee Tillett Inc., who owns Kroma Makeup.

The brand is claiming that the Kardashians’ Khroma Beauty is too similar to their name, for which they applied for a trademark in 2010 and according to Huffington Post, the Kardashians are fighting back, claiming that they too made the appropriate steps to protect their name.

It looks like the Boldface decided to beat Lee Tillett to the punch by filing their own lawsuit on Friday. Kim, Khloe and Kourtney’s company is looking to get a declaratory judgement from the District Court in California to put an end to all of this finger-pointing. In the official legal complaint, Khroma says that the name Kroma “consists solely of a descriptive term and lacks any inherent distinctive meaning to the relevant consuming public and therefore, is conceptually weak.”

Yikes!
