Always one to stand up for what she believes in, Lady Gaga hates bullying and voiced her opinion about the issue yesterday on Twitter in response to the 14-year-old gay teen who killed himself in Buffalo after being bullied by his peers.

Lady Gaga is notorious for her Born This Way image, honoring the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered community and giving props to anyone who appears a little different.

14-year-old James Rodemeyer took his life because of horrible and prolonging taunts from his peers and Gaga went off on Twitter.

“Jamey Rodemeyer, 14 years old, took his life because of bullying. Bullying must become be [sic] illegal. It is hate crime,” Gaga tweeted.

“I am meeting with our President. I will not stop fighting. This must end. Our generation has the power to end it. Trend it #MakeALaw,” Gaga said.

We love to see celebrities take action and we stand behind Gaga actions 100 percent.
