Now that Miley Cyrus is legal (in most countries), the pop singer is turning up the heat. Miley took the stage in Paraguay last night (May 10) donning a pair of leather zip-up hotpants and a sequined/bejeweled push-up bra.
The “Hannah Montana” star seems to be asking for more trouble as she sang her sugary sweet teen hits for the crowd in the risque get-up. Last October, Miley was called out by The Parents’ Television Council (PTC) for her sexy “Who Owns My Heart?” video.
In the controversial video, the 18-year-old prepares for a party but starts things off wearing panties and a tank top before applying lipstick and heading to the party.
“Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fan base so rapidly,” read a statement released by the PTC.
