Many of you probably watch Dancing with the Stars religiously or have it set to record on your DVR this upcoming season, but the show that promises A-list celebrities may be going down in the alphabet.

For season 12, the show asked the fans to vote and suggest new celebrities for the new season.

There were a few good contestants, but either the fans have interesting taste or A-list celebrities just don’t want to dance on national television.

Today, it was announced that notorious White House party crashers Tareq and Michaele Salahi are signing on for Australia’s version of Dancing with the Stars.

The couple has become somewhat famous after their White House snafu, but people in Australia don’t quite seem to know the polarizing duo.

This comes almost a week after celeb Rob Kardashian signed on for the upcoming season of the U.S. show.

We love Rob, but America wants A-listers and Rob is basically the brother of an A-lister.

There was also another rumor that Los Angeles Lakers player Ron Artest had interest in signing on with the show if the NBA lockout persists.

This may be a problem for the show if they are not pursuing bigger names, but are pursuing bigger egos.

The producers need to start pursuing the big dogs if they want this show to last and stay at the top, or the days of the celebrity Tango might be over!
