Sony released an amazing array of new cameras and the one that impressed us the most was the NEX-7, part of Sony’s range of mirrorless cameras. This baby does a lot in addition to having the capes to shoot 24.3 megapixels.

The lens is interchangeable, it can capture 10 full resolution images per second and is priced at $1350 as a kit with a 18-55mm/F3.5-F5.6 zoom lens, or at $1200 for the body only.

Read all about it here and think about all the low light (and low life) action you can capture when you’re boozin’ around town!

Boom! You’ve still got some change in your pocket after that! Next up, pants!

There’s a point in an American man’s life when you gotta ditch the denim and go with grown up shit. Not to say denim isn’t grown up; it can be and it can get stale. In steps these T by Alexander Wang X Dockers trousers.

According to Alexander Wang, “At $200 a pop, you need this is your life for fall. We basically deconstructed the classic khaki pant by playing with the seams to make it new.”

We recommend 4 pairs. Love, love the khaki pair below, also $200.00, by Miller’s Oath X Dockers.

Araki is the world’s most published photographer and seeing as how you spent nearly 2Gs on a Sony camera, you might as well splurge on a book that shows the genius of one of Japan’s most arresting and prolific figures. The cost of this boxed book? $4,000 via Taschen.

“First I thought of publishing everything myself in Japan,” Araka disclosed to Taschen and to you, dear reader.  “But finally it seemed more interesting to do it through another person’s perspective, and most particularly a foreigner’s. For me, the “other person” is always a foreigner. And this time, it is indeed a foreigner, which is very fresh. Ultimately, this book is not “Araki by Araki,” but “Araki by TASCHEN.” I think it remains just as interesting. When a foreigner chooses my works, it can reveal to unknown aspects of myself.”

ARAKi comes with over 600 photographs and is published in several languages including German, French and English. Only 2,500 copies have been printed and they are all signed. We’d show you more images but this is a family site! Get yours!
