Now that you’re broke, you’re probably wondering how to entertain yourself without going crazy.

Here are some things to do around your favorite city if you are in London or New York.

Catch an Exhibition.

The latest free Sainsbury Wing exhibition is all about the  Middle Ages and early Renaissance. Including over 40 works, the exhibition will investigate the complex rituals, traditions and celebrations that took place before altars and also give the visitor an idea of what it was like to be inside an Italian Renaissance church, complete with contemporary music, an altar cross, candles and other liturgical furniture.

Singular Vision is a group show of 12 works drawn from the Whitney Museum’s permanent collection. It highlights the influence and weight of artists Paul Chan, AA Bronson and Eva Hesse, just a few of the artists included in this list of significant names in American art.
