Kim Kardashian is filing for a divorce from her NBA hubby Kris Humphries. But what everyone wants to know about is the prenuptial agreement!
Good thing Kim didn’t go through the legal trouble of changing her last name to Humphries, because after 72 days of marriage, the couple is calling it quits.
Many have speculated that the marriage was just for the Nets player’s financial comeup, but Kim made it clear that she was a smart girl and she wasn’t letting Kris touch those millions!

During Kim’s Fairy Tale Wedding special on E!, Khloe was very vocal about her dislike for Mr. Humphries, and made sure to talk to the pack leader, Kris Jenner, about him signing a pre-nup.
But when asked about her pre-nup situation, the reality TV star was keeping mum.
“I don’t really talk finances. My father was an attorney and I’m a smart girl — I’d like to think so — you can do the math,” she told Reuters. “I wouldn’t worry about that.”

In June, Us Weekly reported that all of Kim’s assets would be protected and she’ll keep anything she earns during the marriage as well. The Kardashians collectively pulled in $65 million dollars last year and Mr. Humphries isn’t getting one penny of it.
We can only hope that the divorce goes as smoothLY as possible and that both parties suffer minimal heartbreak.
