Mariah Yeater, alleged baby mama to Justin Bieber, has dismissed the paternity suit against the singer.

Earlier this month, 20-year-old Mariah claimed the “Baby” singer was the father to her 4-month-old son Tristyn after having some backstage fun following one of Justin’s shows in California.
Yeater even went on TV claiming she has evidence of their romantic night of getting it in, in a backstage bathroom.

According to TMZ, the suit was dismissed late last week and the lawyers representing Mariah in this case quit on her, withdrawing themselves from the case.

The Biebes was ready to take a paternity test once he returned to the States from his promotional tour in Europe and of course, was going to sue her for making such a ridiculous and false claim.
