A-cero Architects have designed a beige marble house in the township of Las Rozas in Madrid, Spain. Las Rozas is one of the wealthiest towns in Madrid and made the perfect back drop for this modern abode. The house is more than 8200 sq. ft and was built on a sloped lot that helps give shape to it’s basement and the 1st and second floors.

On the first floor of this exciting block palace is a living room, a lounge, a dining room, bathroom, cleaning room, courtyard, kitchen and an office that connects to the other floors via elevator.  On the second floor are four full bedrooms equipped with their own dressing rooms and bathrooms.  There is also a library on the floor and access to two small courtyards.

On the basement level there are facility quarters, a storage room, a place for the garden and bicycle storage, an interior swimming pool, a gymnasium, sauna, massage room, cinema room and cellar.  We’re talking luxury here people!  To learn about some of the other specs of the house visit the A-cero website HERE.
