4th of July is always a fun, yet stressful day. There is so much traffic with cars and people and everything is fast paced. With your children wanting to see the fireworks and your husband wanting you to make his plate, you could be on your way to a panic attack! Here are some helpful things to help calm you down today and be ready for the madness tomorrow.

Do a relaxing meditation video:

Not a lot of people try mediation because they do not have the patience for it. This underrated exercise will help clear your mind and will help prepare you mentally. It helps you relieve stress and calm your nerves. It also can help with you attention span. Take a few minutes to yourself and try to prepare your inner self for the craziness for the following day. You’ll be ready for anything! Here is a great video called ‘The Garden of NOW.’

Take a Glass of Rose: 

Although getting your mind, body and spirit right before a stressful day can be a good thing, sometimes you just need to sit back with a glass of wine and enjoy the calm before the storm. Rose can put you in a relaxing mood and loosen your body up. It is also very good for your body. Treat your self before the day with something that will calm down your nerves! Spend less, Save more!

As many times as we have heard this, do we actualy follow through? Tomorrow is a holiday and another excuse to spend more than you should. Instead of breaking your pockets, find some inexpensive things to do. Go look at some free fireworks in your neighborhood, or use that season pass to get into a theme park and have a good time. There are a lot of things to do to stay on the right budget. Don’t let this 4th mess you up!
