Prior to his untimely demise, Jam Master Jay introduced the world to the art of DJing though the opening of Scratch DJ Academy in New York, Miami and Los Angeles.

Through the opening of the academy, he has awakened the DJ skills in many, including his very own son TJ.
TJ, who goes by the DJ name of DasMatic, has inherited his father’s skill, honed it and is now making his very own name as a spin-doctor.
