Grammy Award winning R&B artist Ne-Yo joined with music legend Herbie Hancock, Johnny Rzeznik of the Goo Goo Dolls, and singers Delta Rae and Natasha Bedingfield for a new music video for their collaborative song “Forward” in support of Barack Obama’s re-election campaign.

In the upbeat song, the stars sing about helping the President move the country forward, which is the name of Obama’s re-election campaign. Just like in the 2008 “Yes We Can” video, will.i.am is the executive producer behind the grass roots song.
According to the press release:
The song was written and created by hit songwriters Gregg Alexander and Danielle Brisebois of The New Radicals, and Fred Goldring, who was behind the 2008 multiple award-winning grassroots music video YES WE CAN with will.i.am. Grammy Award winning producer John Shanks produced the record, and the powerful music video for the song was produced and directed by Graham Henman and his team at Hello and Company.
