The photographer responsible for taking and leaking topless photos of Princess Kate Middleton that left the royal couple devastated, has been revealed!

According to reports after months of investigation authorities believe the have the name of the person who took the topless photos of Kate Middleton while the royal couple was on vacation.

A source close to the investigation says, “A name has been offered. The photographer is expected to be held for questioning imminently.”
If found guilty the photographer could end up in jail for a year and fined up to $36,000 for breach of privacy.
Laurence Pieau, the editor of Closer Magazine, hired a freelance photographer to follow the royal couple during their September vacation at Chateau d’Autet.
Like any good journalist Pieau has refused to give up her sources.
