DETAILS: UGH REALLY!? Lady Gaga’s ARTPOP Nowhere Near Finished
Mother Monster Lady Gaga is suffering from synovitis.
Don’t freak out just yet, synovitis is medical terminology for joint inflammation.
Essentially it sounds worse than what it really is, but Gaga’s joint inflammation is so severe she’s been forced to cancel four shows on her “Born This Way Ball” tour.
On her personal site, Lady Gaga left a message for her Little Monsters:
“I am completely devastated and heartsick. I’ve been hiding this injury and pain from my staff for a month, praying it would heal, but after last night’s performance I could not walk. To the fans in Chicago, Detroit and Hamilton, I hope you can forgive me as it is nearly impossible for me to forgive myself right now. I would do anything for you. I will hopefully heal as soon as possible and be at 500% again, which is what you deserve.”

Lady Gaga will cancel her two shows in Chicago, which were initially scheduled to go down tonight and tomorrow. She’s also canceling her Saturday show in Detroit, and her Sunday show in Canada.
Gaga’s Little Monsters shouldn’t worry, all fans have been advised to retain their tickets until further notice. Lady Gaga is planning on rescheduling her shows for those cities in the spring.
