We weren’t really sure that this could be stolen, but in this day, anything is possible.

Are Not The Father! Michael Jordan Asks That Paternity Lawsuit Be Dropped!

Layne Hardin of

Louisiana has filed a lawsuit against a sperm donation clinic and his ex-girlfriend because he claims that she stole

his…um…baby-making material.

The confusing situation happened when Hardin and another ex-girlfriend,

Katherine LeBlanc, signed a contract in 2002 with Texas Andrology Services sperm bank that said only LeBlanc could

have access to Hardin’s freeze-dried sperm.

But then, Hardin went on a date with the woman he’s suing,

ex-girlfriend Toby Devall. When the couple broke up in 2011, Devall got the sperm bank to hand over Hardin’s “stuff”

with no questions asked.

HUH?! How did that happen?

Devall apparently used the specimen and now has a

2-year-old son who Hardin has never met. Get this…the genetic tests show that the child is his. Devall’s plan

actually worked!

Now Hardin could be hit with child support payments. But he

says that’s not the worst part.

“It don’t stop when he’s 18,” Hardin said. “This is forever. This ripple effect affected me and my

family. When he gets old enough and realizes how he was brought into this world, then his ripple effect starts.”

Wow! If the document was legally binding that only LeBlanc could receive his baby-making material, then

someone needs to be held accountable for Devall’s craftiness!
