Halle Berry still manages to be freakishly pretty well into her 40’s. She was spotted on June 5 walking to the Jenesse Center, a domestic violence crisis center for women and families in Inglewood, California, with a friend. The 43-year-old actress is currently chair of their ‘Year of Giving’ Campaign, and is working toward raising $2.5 million to support the center.
It’s always inspiring to see a celebrity do more than throw money at a cause that is near to their hearts. Berry is truly helping to work toward their goal, writing letters to supporters in order to help the center stay afloat in a time of budget cuts and rising costs.
