Rev Run and his family are doing a Christmas special for their show Eat, Pray & Love, which will air on the Cooking Channel. In a new video to promote the special, Rev Run, along with wife Justine Simmons, prepares a family meal and engages in some seriously adorable banter over cheese. The special, which airs on December 14th, will of course feature the whole family as they come together for the holidays.

Ice Cube just proved once again that he is one of the coolest rappers out there. During a Sydney concert, the veteran MC gave his fans a special treat and allowed them to see the first trailer for Straight Outta Compton, the biopic about his and other NWA members’ lives. Over loud screams from excited fans, Cube could be heard saying:

“Nobody has seen it. But I said when I come to Sydney, f*ck that, these my people. They gon see this sh*t.”

Emma Roberts and Jamie Lee Curtis have officially been cast to star in Ryan Murphy‘s new FOX TV show, Scream Queens. Created by Ryan and Glee co-creators Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan, the horror program is already slated for a 15-episode first season. Unlike Glee, Scream Queens is set on a college campus rocked by a series of murders.

Of course, any Ryan Murphy production is going to have actresses with stellar resumes. Deadline reports:

Both Roberts and Curtis have solid horror credentials — Roberts was in Scream 4 and most recently in Murphy and Falchuk’s American Horror Story on FX, with co-starring roles in the Coven and Freak Show installments. Because of her ties to Murphy and Falchuk via AHS, Roberts had been rumored to star in Scream Queens from the moment the straight-to-series project was announced. Curtis earned a Scream Queen moniker early in her career with her breakout starring turn in John Carpenter’s Halloween that led to a string of popular horror movies.

If you haven’t caught up to all your GIRLS episodes, now is the time to do it, because the season 4 trailer for the show is out and looks like the upcoming episodes are going to be fire.

There will be fights, there will be tears, there will be laughter, and of course, self-deprecating witty humor that has become Lena Dunham‘s trademark. There will be quotes–possibly from a Selena Gomez song, but above all, there will be solidarity between the four gal pals who are just trying to figure life out.

The new season premieres January 11.
