Imagine if New York City’s MTA had a bus like this — it would be awesome! The Netherlands has developed an electric “Superbus,” for public transit that can carry 23 passengers and reach a top speed of 155 miles per hour.
The lengthy 49ft carbon fiber and fiberglass vehicle will test the streets of Dubai next month. A 300 kW electric motor powered by a Li-Ion battery handles the grunt side of the equation, while there are sixteen doors.
