There’s been so many times when I’ve found myself trying to do a million things at once, spreading myself thin and attempting to build empires out of sand. I wanted a clothing line, a record and a book. My creative juices were flowing out of control, but they weren’t being managed correctly. I was putting my eggs in many different baskets, not giving each one the proper attention they needed to flourish. It wasn’t until I watched this video that I realized what I ultimately had to do.
Mogul Tyler Perry released a YouTube video sharing his key to success. I found this message so compelling because it was so simple and straight-forward. He explains that it’s nothing but the grace of God that led him to success. All you can do is plant a seed, but God controls the water, the sun, the growth of that seed.
