The countdown to the release of Meek Mill’s DreamChasers 2 has begun.

The tape drops on April 24, and to hold fans over, the Philadelphian just unleashed the video for his somber “The Ride”-freestyle, “Faded Too Long.”
In the video, we see a serious-looking Meek Mill take a trip around his old hood of Philadelphia, giving back to his community. It’s a different, but dope look from Meek Mill, who usually isn’t this conscious.
