<p>Fizz and Boog (formerly of B2K) decided to call up Music Forecast and give us the 411 on what they have been up to the last 5 years. I got the skinny on every thing, from their clothing line to their new single "Bounce" from their new album "Nightlife". I truly think we should keep our eyes on them. Sounds like we are in for a ride.</p>
