Hey Global Grinders! They say the best way to a mans heart is through his stomach, but I’m placing bets on the ladies.  Although I am a chef, I need some of the ladies out there to cook for me too so lets make it happen!

First, let me introduce myself.  I go by Chef E Dubble, I’m a Los Angeles native and have branded E Dubble Catering and Private Chef Services since 2004.  I have had the pleasure of cooking for some of your favorite entertainers such as, Halle Berry, Maxwell, Faith Evans, Brandon Jennings, James Harden, Tony Rock, Regina King, Brandon T. Jackson, and many others.  

I don’t have any specialties, but I really enjoy cooking. For example, I can come to your home and make a dish out of whatever is already in the kitchen. Its quite a challenge at times, but very doable. It gives me a rush.  Weird right?  Its possible!!!

The secret to my recipes?  I cant live without: Fresh Fruit, Fresh Herbs, Thyme, Cilantro, Feta, Garlic, and Onions.  Being that I do cook for quite a few celebrities and athletes diet and nutrition is always considered with my recipes.  Ingredients and taste wise, most athletes have dietary needs that they need to stick to. So the trick is to find a healthy medium of fresh and healthy ingredients, that will produce great meals without sacrificing TASTE!!

I look to cook fresh, so grab a pen and a pad and lets get ready to put something special together.

GRILLED HONEY GLAZED SALMON

•prep time 1 hour
•cook time 16mins

Servings 6

INGREDIENTS

1 12 pound salmon fillets
14 cup vegetable oil
12 cup clover honey
2 tea spoons of Brown Sugar
Lemon pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

Season salmon fillets with Lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt
Add oil, half the honey and Brown Sugar. Place everything in a large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate for at least 45mins.

Pre heat grill for medium heat (about 325).
Lightly oil grill grate, place salmon on grill and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork

After you take salmon off the grill, drizzle the remainder of the honey on top.
