LIST: GlobalGrind’s Top 10 Hip-Pop Songs Of The Year

They had some of the greatest music of all time on those respective albums, but just as important as the music is the imagery associated with those LPs. And most of the time, that image comes from the album cover.

Which brings us to this year.

2011 was a fantastic year in music, which means it was a fantastic year in album covers.

So we went back and found the best of the best of 2011.

Remember: there’s no set rules in making an awesome album cover. Some of the ones on our list are full of colors – The Foo Fighters – while others our black and white – The Weeknd. Some are drawings – Lil B – while others are based off of real pictures – Tyler, the Creator

The two things they do have in common, however, is that they are all bold and are all awesome. Check them out and let us know if you agree or disagree.
