The divorce between Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian has been getting pretty messy.
During the settlement, rumors circulated that Kris was after some of that Kardashian cash, but it turns out he doesn’t want a dime!
According to RadarOnline, the NBA star is working hard with lawyers to try and get the divorce granted under his terms, which say that the marriage was fraud.

The couple did get a pre-nup before their wedding, but Kim’s lawyers are pushing a financial negotiation with Kris’ team.
A source told the site that Kim won’t agree to Kris’ claims that the marriage was a sham because she believes, “it just didn’t work out.”
During the show Kourtney and Kim Take New York, Kim talked to her mom Kris Jenner about her troubled marriage while in a car leaving a trip they took to Dubai. This was supposedly filmed in October.
Hump’s legal team has a strong case for fraud, being that a picture surfaced of the two leaving a sound studio in L.A. back in December, wearing the same outfits – way after Kim filed for divorce.
Kris’ lawyer now wants to question both of them about the incident.
