Last night in Los Angeles, Katy hit the red carpet of the Musicare Tribute looking a like a life size pink rose wearing a huge flower hat on her head!
The singer wore an Alexis Mabille couture dress paired with Christian Louboutin shoes, a Carrera y Carrera ring and Norman Silverman earrings.
Katy was all smiles and she strutted her pink gown down the carpet and we think we know why.
