It’s never too early to “Sexify” yourself.

And there’s no one out there giving sexy advice better than American Idol season three alum, Leah Labelle.

    VIDEO: Tinashe “This Feeling”

She shows off how much game she knows in her debut video, “Sexify.” In the clip, we see Leah on the phone, constantly giving out relationship advice to her friends, while she glams herself up for a night out with the girls.

However, there are a few interruptions from a couple of her bosses.

Jermaine Dupri, who signed the singer to his So So Def label, comes upstairs to complain about the music (“it’s Saturday!” she answers back), while Pharrell, who also signed the singer to his label, I Am Other, plays the role of a deliveryman, who comes to distribute a pizza to her.

The video, along with the song, is a fun, lighthearted and clean looking debut from the beauty.

If you don’t know about the singer, catch up. It’s been a long journey for Leah. In 2004, the singer was one of the hopefuls on season three of American Idol. Leah made it all the way to the top 12, before being voted off of the show. From there, she kept herself semi-relevant by singer cover songs on YouTube. R&B singer Keri Hilson heard one of her covers and hired Leah as a background singer.

From there, Leah went on tour with Keri, where the singer was able to get some attention and experience.

Last year, Leah signed a joint deal with Pharrell and Jermaine Dupri, who will be distributing her currently untitled debut album, which should come later this year.

Recently, I Am Other/So So Def/Epic Records released a quick 5-track preview of what folks can expect on the album. Check the album preview below and take a glimpse of the visuals for “Sexify” up above!
