The brand just announced that Blake Griffin will join Russell Westbrook and rookies Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Kendall Marshall, Jared Sullinger and Jeff Taylor as new members of the Jordan family for the upcoming season.
In a press release confirming the new members of Jordan Brand, a division of NIKE, Inc., Michael Jordan said:
“We are thrilled that Blake is joining the brand. Blake has captured the essence of what the brand stands for through his style of play and love for the game of basketball. He is an amazing athlete and person who we look forward to working with for many years.”

Griffin, who debuted the Jordan Super.Fly on Wednesday, will continue to wear the product throughout the season. We hope that he will eventually get a signature sneaker, but for now, we’re just happy Blake has received such a major endorsement!
