However, on the flip side, many women who weren’t blessed with great physical assets often feel pressured to live up to the standard of beauty created by the video vixens and hip-hop honeys with voluptuous frames that dominate images in the mainstream. As a result, women opt to wear artificial butt pads to give their bottoms a curvy effect, while others are going under the knife to receive permanent alterations. As the popularity of butt implants grows, there have been more reports of botched jobs that leave women disfigured or, in some cases, dead.
Video footage of another instance of a botched booty job quickly went viral after it was posted on WorldStarHipHop.com. In the video, a headless woman is seen demonstrating how one of her implants bizarrely shifts around.
Next to the post, an anonymous person posted a description of the video stating:
“This is the dangers of butt implants.. Ladies do not ever do silicone butt injections they are toxic to your body. Butt implants are not any better, too many risk, infection, displacement of the implant and they feel like rocks not to mention look very unnatural. Love the skin your in [sic] Here is what happens when implants go bad.. This is my personal experience I almost died from this surgery and am having them removed this Thursday.”
Women need to take precaution when choosing any type of cosmetic surgery because, as we see, the outcome can be drastic!
