The 26-year-old Liz and Dick star is about to be arraigned on 3 criminal charges stemming from a car accident where she lied to the cops about the fact that she was driving.

While that might sound bad considering that Lindsay is STILL on probation for jewelry theft, she’s luckier than we think.
TMZ reports that the judge in this case isn’t too harsh.

Get this … Commissioner Godfrey presides over Drug Court, in which she hears case after case involving people with serious drug cases. Godfrey strongly favors counseling over jail, to the point she has a graduation ceremony for people who complete the program and digs into her own pocket to buy little gifts for the graduates … like Starbucks cards.
If Lindsay is found guilty and sentenced to jail, she could spend 245 days behind bars.
Lindsay was recently arrested again after fighting in an NYC nightclub over her most recent paramour: The Wanted’s Max George.
