New York City was the scene of yet another subway death, about the fourth since December when two men were pushed to their deaths and one woman was struck by a train on New Year’s Eve.

This time, a NYC man was killed when he was trying to go to the bathroom between two subway cars. The 31-year-old Bronx man, whose identity is being withheld, was pronounced dead after he lost his balance, fell on the tracks, and was struck by a train.
Less than 20 minutes earlier, a 50-year-old homeless man was seen climbing onto the tracks just as a northbound train arrived in the station, which happened to be the exact same station where the Bronx man was killed.
The man suffered leg injuries but appeared not to have been hit by a train.
The injured man told investigators he was intoxicated and did not recall how he wound up on the tracks, according to police.
