On the heels of signing a deal with Polo Grounds Music/RCA Records, Ferg announces – via an XXL interview – that he’s dropping a forthcoming mixtape called Trap Lord, revealing the project is “about having fun.”

During the interview, the A$AP rapper also gave his definition of what the title of his mixtape Trap Lord signifies:
“A Trap Lord is basically the struggle to do better. It’s almost like the theme of Always Strive And Prosper (A$AP). Trap don’t necessarily mean you selling drugs. You could be selling clothes, watches, fake watches, gold teeth, hats—anything. You just trapping. And you a Lord of it.”
Expect Trap Lord to hit the streets in late February or early March.
