Atleast six people were killed last night after two armed men entered a hotel bar at a Mexican resort and opened fire.
According to the Chicago Tribune, one of the men had a machine gun, and the other held a hand gun as they shot six people dead and wounded five people.
Drug-related violence has been very popular within the Southern country, but there is no word on whether that was what drove the gunmen to open fire in the bar.
The site reports:
Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto has vowed to reduce the violence that soared after his predecessor, Felipe Calderon, launched an assault on drug cartels.
We pray for the victims of this shooting and hope that those injured make a quick recovery.
