Ryan Reynolds and Jeff Bridges took a few moments to sit down with GlobalGrind and discuss their new film Rest In Peace Department, where they play Nick and Roy, respectively.
The highly anticipated movie chronicles the death of a slain cop, who joins a team of undead police – called the R.I.P.D – to try and find the man who killed him. Needless to say, the storyline is pretty hilarious and definitely a perspective we’ve hardly seen from movie directors before.
While chatting with us, Ryan and Jeff talk about who they would visit if they ever died and could come back from the dead. And unexpectedly, a microscopic piece of shade got thrown Chris Brown’s way!
When asked if he’d want Nick’s alter ego to be Chris Brown in the movie, Ryan gave major side eye and responded:
“ehhhh….”
He then continued with:
“Almost any Jackson. Even Janet. For sure.”
