Kanye West has had a tumultuous relationship with the paparazzi.

Despite the rapper’s ongoing court case stemming from a quarrel with photographer, Daniel Ramos, at Los Angeles International Airport in July, a judge discarded the prosecutors’ request to have the 36-year-old rapper attend anger management classes.

‘Ye’s lawyer Blair Berk appeared in court this past Monday on his behalf, reports TMZ. The judge ordered Yeezy to stay 10 yards away from Ramos, and instructed prosecutors to inform their client to do the same.

The prosecutors asked the judge to demand Kim Kardashian’s baby father take anger management classes, which the judge denied.

TMZ reports that the photographer claims the scuffle caused him “physical and nervous pain and suffering.” Meanwhile, Kanye’s lawyers (who counter-filed and are claiming West acted in self-defense) informed the judge that Ramos has stalked the rapper in the past.

The Yeezus rapper was also charged with attempted grand theft and one count of criminal battery in September. The charges carry a maximum of one year in prison. We don’t think it’ll come to that.
