The teen who was just caught shopping at the Herald Square Victoria’s Secret in NYC with a dead fetus in her bag has just pleaded not guilty to charges of shoplifting.
Tiona Rodriguez was released from custody yesterday after she pleaded not guilty to the charges, but has been charged with larceny and possession of stolen property.
According to Fox News, she has not been charged yet for the discovery of the fetus, as that must be determined after the death has been more investigated.
The site states:
The medical examiner’s office says an autopsy of the remains is inconclusive and more tests are needed to determine the cause of death. Police say investigators are awaiting the medical examiner’s findings.
The remains were discovered Thursday when a security guard stopped the girl suspecting that she and her friend shoplifted.
