No, this isn’t an episode of Sons of Anarchy, but it looks like rapper Young Jeezy‘s clothing line might be encountering some serious legal issues in the near future. His line 8732 Apparel is being accused of jacking the iconic head logo of the Hells Angels.

If you’re wondering who exactly the Hells Angels are, they’re a motorcycle club and their jackets, vests and other apparel are made with their logo, a skull and eagle fusion.

According to TMZ:

The fabled motorcycle club filed the lawsuit against 8732 Apparel for essentially reprinting the Hells Angels logo on jackets and hats … and selling them for a massive profit.

The 8732 design isn’t an exact rip-off … but Hells Angels claims it’s close enough to confuse people.

HA claims 8732 has already earned substantial profits from the bootleg merch, and the motorcycle club wants every last cent of that money.

The club is now suing for unspecified damages. It also wants a judge to force 8732 to stop selling anything with an HA-looking logo on it. Calls to 8732 were not returned.

Suing for unspecified damages, the Hells Angels are playing no games, also claiming that 8732 has already made a great amount of profit from their copy cat merchandise and they want every last cent from that profit.
