Drake and his father are working on a song together, just wait on it.
TMZ caught up with Drake’s dad Dennis Graham, who was rocking a Nothing Was The Same hoodie, to ask him about his super famous son. Drake’s father, who is also a musician, revealed he helps his son on songs all the time, and they just finished working on a track together.
If you’re a Drake fan, you know Drizzy and his father haven’t had the best relationship over the years, but in an interview with GQ, the “Too Much” rapper revealed that he and his dad are “friends” and they have “drinks together” all the time.
“Me and my dad are friends. We’re cool. I’ll never be disappointed again, because I don’t expect anything anymore from him. I just let him exist, and that’s how we get along. We laugh. We have drinks together.”
In other Drake news, his third studio album Nothing Was The Same has officially reached platinum status, selling over a million copies in a little over a month.
Drake’s also gearing up for the release of his X-directed video “Worst Behaviour,” which was shot in his father’s hometown of Memphis, Tennessee.
