Justin Bieber has learned his lesson and is taking action against the next fan who decides to leak pictures, video, or information from one of his crazy parties!
According to our friends over at TMZ, the 19-year-old superstar had all guests at his Gatsby party on Friday sign a confidentiality agreement. It ultimately stated that if a guest leaks any information concerning his party, they would automatically owe $3 million!
The site reports:
The document provides … anyone who violates the confidentiality agreement will automatically be on the hook for $3 mil … no trial, no arguing, just pay up.
People who worked the party were also required to sign the document.
For some reason, the Biebs reduced the penalty … by a lot. TMZ obtained a similar confidentiality agreement he made people sign for a prior shindig, and the penalty clause was $5 million.
Well, at least he’s factoring in the tough economy.
We’re guessing the crackdown has to do with the recent video a porn star took of Bieber after she allegedly spent the night with him.
In other Bieber news, he was also spotted working late on a video shoot in Downtown L.A. Justin definitely looked beat, but hard partying will do that to you.
