Jennifer Lawrence had to make an emergency trip to the hospital while promoting The Hunger Games: Catching Fire due to severe stomach pains that lasted 3 weeks.
The Oscar-winning actress thought she had an ulcer, and she got into very graphic detail as she spoke about her ailment during her appearance on David Letterman last night.
“I thought I had an ulcer, but it turns out it was a ‘fulcer,'” Lawrence said, coining a new word right off the bat. “I went to the emergency room. I just had this really bad pain for, like, three weeks. And you know you can only shit your pants so many times a day before you go to the emergency room, before you’re like ‘I need to go to the hospital.'”
A source close to Jennifer revealed what was causing a funk with the outspoken star’s body.
“She had a brief doctor visit sometime before the premiere,” a source told us at first. “She had cramps and stomach pain. Turns out it was gas.”
We love JLaw, but this is a little TMI, even for us.
