UPDATE: 12:47 EST

According to The Huffington Post:

The singer’s camp tells The Huffington Post that “Beyoncé” sold 828,773 copies over the weekend, a massive take made even more impressive by the fact that the album was an iTunes exclusive for the duration of that period.

Ooh kill ’em.

Despite dropping an album like a thief in the night, Beyonce’s “surprise” record has sold a whopping 550,000 copies in just three days.

The project moved 80,000 copies in just three hours on Friday, and numbers have steadily skyrocketed over the weekend. At the rate Beyonce’s new album is being purchased, projections of the 14-track project are currently scattered and unpredictable.

Beyonce’s self-titled work is her fifth number one album, and is slated to be the “Drunk In Love” singer’s largest career debut.

This means we should all start bowing down. Congrats Bey!
