You might want to keep Selena Gomez in your prayers.
The 21-year-old former Disney star has had a crazy year when it comes to her career, but it looks like there’s more reason as to why she’s cancelled the last leg of her tour than just needing “alone time”.
According to a source who spoke with Popdust, Selena is currently battling Lupus, which she has supposedly had for about 2 years now.
The site reports:
“Selena has been going full throttle the past few years and her Lupus is really catching up with her right now,” one source says.
“She knows that she needs to take some time to address the disease and look after herself better if she wants to live a full and healthy life.”
The disease of Lupus is an autoimmune disease that attacks the body’s cells and tissues, which can cause inflammation and tissue damage.
Selena doesn’t seem to be too caught up in her health anxiety, since she let loose while at a Britney Spears concert in Las Vegas!
She’s was in huge fan mode singing her heart out to all of the song, and dancing along with Katy Perry in the crowd!
We’re hoping the reports are just false rumors.
