A Tennessee Pizza Hut manager decided to give a police officer customer a little something more on a pizza he ordered at her store.

Her own spit.

Now, Amanda Engle has to face a judge for sharing her DNA with the officer. She apparently gave him the loogie because she recognized him as the officer who pulled her over for a DUI last April.

According to CBS:

Unicoi County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Frank Rogers was picking up a dinner for his family while he was off duty, according to the police report.

Rogers said he paid for the order and waited on a bench in front of the counter.

“As the defendant removed the pizza from the oven I observed her cut her eyes and look at me. The defendant then leaned over the pizza that she had began to slice and I observed her spit on the pizza which had been purchased by me,” says the report.

Um. Ew.

Turns out Engle had just pleaded guilty to the DUI at a hearing two weeks ago, so the incident was fresh on her mind. She was ordered to pay a $350 fine and sentenced to two days in jail and a year of probation.

As for her latest in legal woes, Engle was arrested for disorderly conduct for the spitting and will face a judge next month. She was fired from her Pizza Hut job. Obviously.
