In a last ditch effort to save his marriage, Robin Thicke canceled his Atlanta concert and hopped on a flight to Canada for a sit-down with wife Paula Patton.
According to TMZ’s sources, it was last Friday that Paul Patton broke the news to Robin that she was over their marriage. Not ready to throw in the towel just yet, Robin canceled his concert and headed for the great white North to try and smooth things over.
Paula and Robin are said to have had a long chat about their marital problems. TMZ reports that both Robin and Paula admitted they had been fighting more than ever recently.
Sources close to the couple say by the end of the talk, Robin realized Paula had made up her mind and reluctantly agreed to call it quits.
The following day Robin canceled yet another show to be with their son.
Unfortunately the cancellations didn’t end there. Robin recently backed out of a show planned for Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort in North Carolina. TMZ reports that Robin canceled the show, which was set to happen tonight, “due to unforeseen circumstances.”
This is the third show in a row that Robin has bailed on. Fortunately everyone who purchased tickets to the show can keep their seats until it is rescheduled.
