Swedish pop duo Icona Pop team up with rising Cali artist Ty Dolla $ign on their latest hit, “It’s My Party.”
Over the weekend, Ty Dolla $ign shared photos on Instagram hanging out in South Beach with Icona Pop and Waka Flocka (very odd clique), but we had no idea they had this Top 40 hit up their sleeves.
Remixing Lesley Gore’s 1963 pop anthem “It’s My Party,” Icona Pop add a little new age spice with Ty Dolla $ign rapping on the track.
“It’s party, I got kush, I got molly/ that’s your girl, she ain’t cute she got body,” raps Dolla $ign.
While Icona Pop is gearing up to tour with Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry, Ty Dolla $ign is working on his debut album. Ty is also gearing up to release his highly anticipated “LA” collaboration with Kendrick Lamar and his “Familiar (Remix)” featuring 2 Chainz.
