Somebody pinch us because this MUST be a dream.

Nothing sets our hearts aflutter like a good high-low collaboration, especially when H&M is in the mix because–let’s get real here–affordable fashion is EVERYTHING. And now, it’s just been announced that they’ve teamed up with another designer for a new line that we’re already freaking out about (and haven’t even seen).

For what we’re calling reason #103 of why we regret missing out on Coachella, the brand held a party to announce that its next collaboration will be with Alexander Wang. And for everyone else who was not there, the cult-cool New York designer pulled a Beyoncé by confirming the news at midnight with his first-ever Instagram post.

“I am honoured to be a part of H&M’s designer collaborations,” Wang said in a statement this morning. “The work with their team is an exciting, fun process. They are very open to pushing boundaries and to set a platform for creativity. This will be a great way for a wider audience to experience elements of the Alexander Wang brand and lifestyle.”

In the video you see above, the countdown clock runs out and reveals the final score as 11-06, which we’re assuming is the date of the collection’s launch, which will include men’s and women’s clothing.

Game. On.
